The Tragedy

In those early days of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, as the world teetered on the edge of uncertainty, I found myself facing the battle alongside my beloved mother. Our bond was unbreakable, a beacon of hope in the face of adversity. But fate had its own plans, and Covid-19 infection claimed her life, leaving me to grapple with an unimaginable loss.

In remembrance of her unwavering love and strength, I made a tattoo about her. It became a permanent tribute, etched into my skin as a symbol of her enduring presence in my life.

I sought solace within a community of tattooed individuals. Bound by our shared experiences of triumph and loss, this community became my lifeline, reminding me that strength could be found in unity and shared stories. The connections formed were deeper than mere acquaintances; they were a testament to the resilience of the human spirit.

One fateful night, as I looked at my tattoos in the mirror, an idea sparked within me. What if these inked stories could be shared with the world, serving as a source of inspiration and unity? And so, the concept of Inkfection was born - a clothing brand that would bring these stories to life on a larger scale.

INKFECTION, the fusion of ink and the infectious energy of love, passion and unity, became more than just a brand. It was a tribute to my loved one and the community that had supported me through my darkest days.
